When I first started my training sessions with George, I was out of shape and had absolutely no body definition. I wasn't familiar with weights either. After a couple of weeks with George, I was lifting weights I never thought I could and I started to see real definition in my arms. After about a month, I really started to notice a difference in the way my clothes fit. Now, I'm down two sizes in jeans thanks to George! I'm so happy with the way my body has changed and I highly recommend George for not only his abilities as a trainer but also for his sweet and caring personality. Thanks George!
